You are considered as trusted advisor, intuitive, charismatic and a closer ofservices contracts to commercial facilities and class A offices property managers
Our client, a privately owned, leading landscape maintenance services company is following a deliberate, people-first expansion plan throughout the Midwest is adding to their Partnership Executive sales team in Springfield MO :
Create and execute a sales plan - grow market share of landscape maintenance and snow removal services to CRE and class A facility clients.
Network - Represent company in industry associations, professional groups, chambers, and events
Prospect, Develop and Close winning proposals which tie directly to client objectives, company capabilities and profit goals within in Springfield, Branson, Joplin, and NW Arkansas.

Salary $60 - $80K plus commission with earning potential of $100k .

Requirements :
- Must be current resident of Springfield MO metro area.
3-5 years front line sales of commercial services to facility and property managers in the Southwest MO market
Experience with CRMs, HubSpot, Aspire, Proposify, or related.
4 years college degree or equivalent preferred
