Role Overview
We are hiring a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) on behalf of our client, a leading Medicaid planning company dedicated to helping families navigate complex Medicaid processes with ease and efficiency. As part of their fully remote sales team, you will play a key role in qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for Benefits Advisers. Your success will be measured by the number of qualified appointments set and the resulting sales conversions. Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads based on their needs and eligibility.
Engage in meaningful conversations to understand clients situations and explain the value of Medicaid planning services.
Schedule qualified appointments for Benefits Advisers to deliver tailored presentations and close deals.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and lead progress in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead qualification processes.
Consistently meet or exceed key performance metrics, including appointment setting and conversion rates.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional phone demeanor.
High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients and effectively address their concerns.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple leads and appointments.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
Additional Information
Work Location: 100% remote.
Eligible States: Currently hiring in CA, CO, CT, FL, IL, MA, MD, MO, NY, PA, TN, TX, WA, and WV. Candidates outside these states may be considered for future opportunities.
Compensation:Base Salary: $38,000 per year.
Variable Compensation: Additional earnings potential of $10,000 - $15,000 annually.
