Role Overview
We are hiring a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) on behalf of our client a leading Medicaid planning company dedicated to helping families navigate complex Medicaid processes with ease and efficiency. As part of their fully remote sales team you will play a key role in qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for Benefits Advisers. Your success will be measured by the number of qualified appointments set and the resulting sales conversions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills in a supportive missiondriven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients qualifying leads based on their needs and eligibility.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand clients situations and explain the value of Medicaid planning services.
- Schedule qualified appointments for Benefits Advisers to deliver tailored presentations and close deals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and lead progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead qualification processes.
- Consistently meet or exceed key performance metrics including appointment setting and conversion rates.
