What You Will Do
You will prepare apparel graphic designs (mostly for t-shirts and hats), working on the Apparel Design team. You will :
- Create original graphic designs and artwork for fashion apparel for every retail season (Spring / Summer, Fall / Winter), focusing on menswear and boys.
- Research and interpret emerging trends and best practices to create seasonal designs that follow brand aesthetic.
- Prepare Tech Pack and artwork packages and specifications for manufacturing production.
- Collaborate with design department to ensure quality control and accuracy of designs.
- Prioritize multiple design projects while meeting tight deadlines.
Required Skills, Experience & Personality Fit
You Might Have :
Compensation :
65,000 to $69,000, depending on experience.

This role is a hybrid role, Monday through Thursday in office with the team and Friday work from home.
