What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Robot Field Coordinator position at GrubHub, Inc?
This role is responsible for day-to-day operations for robot delivery focusing on maintaining Grubhub’s robot delivery business on campus. The Robot Delivery team will help Campus with the light repair of robots and ensure that robots are sent online at the start of the day. The addition of the team will allow for on-site help for campus issues and any robot issues that occur while on shift. The Team's focus would be on ensuring seamless operation of the robot delivery business to grow.
The Impact You Will Make:
- Team will activate robots and send them out to begin working within the Campus Environment
- Assisting Robots while out on shift (getting stuck, pedestrians stopping Robots, lids not opening, etc.)
- Bringing in Robots at the end of the day and ensure no major issues. Ensuring that the robots are charging overnight for next day operation.
- Tracking Robot movements via the dashboard to ensure they are working correctly
- Routine Maintenance (tightening tires, ensuring that robot is working as expected, etc) with Provider Assistance
- Working on other Delivery Projects as needed
- Demoing some of the functionalities of the Robots to Students in a classroom setting
- Assisting on additional Mapping of the campus as needed
What You Bring to the Table:
- Knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Office Suite, and Google applications
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with excel
- Strong ability to collaborate in a team-based environment
- Solid problem-solving skills
- SQL Experience a plus
- Able to push a wheeled robot up to 45 lbs

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
