General Purpose
The purpose of the membership coordinator is to assure superior customer service to all association members and to use teamwork for the success of the operations in the front office. This position performs a wide variety of the day to day membership tasks as well as makes certain the phones are answered promptly, guests are greeted professionally, and their needs met. This person acts as the central point of contact for all association members. Therefore, they will play a primary role in promoting a professional image and valued reputation.
