Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a Project Coordinator to our team in Orlando, FL. This is a multifaceted role that combines project management and operational logistics. This individual will ensure seamless project execution while managing the dispatch of personnel and resources. Their primary objective is to coordinate between various teams, facilitate communication, and optimize the dispatching process to meet project timelines and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Assist in the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term projects.
Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Dispatching Duties:
Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.
Monitor project calendars and adjust dispatch priorities as necessary to ensure optimal efficiency.
Use computerized dispatching systems to track transportation vehicles in the field.
Communicate with field personnel to resolve problems, such as changes, cancellations, or missed appointments.
Communication and Coordination:
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
Interface with internal teams to share the project status and provide updates on dispatching operations.
Collaborate with team members to address any project or dispatch issues that arise.

Reporting and Documentation:
