Description : Sprinkler Fitters are pipefitting specialists in the fire protection industry. This includes the installation and repair of fire sprinkler systems. We need a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
Essential Functions :
- Responsible for installing and servicing a variety of fire protection equipment such as wet systems, dry systems, pre-action systems, deluge systems, standpipes, fire pumps, underground piping, fire hydrants, and others.
- Travel within Central Indiana area to work on various locations / job sites as necessary
- Comply with union collective bargaining agreement
- Responsible for operating safely
- Regular communication and ability to work as a team with project managers, designers, foremen, journeyman, and apprentices.
