The Residential Helper Program is a three to four-year program with all on the job training.

The Residential Helper Program is a three to four-year program with all on the job training.
Every 6 months of the program, the helper records are reviewed to make sure that there is satisfactory progress on-the-job. Satisfactory progress means advancement to the next classification and a wage increase until the Helper completes the three to four-year program.
This position is eligible for insurance benefits and a pension for you and your dependents at no cost to you.

- Ability to work consistently with heights
- our jobs may require working underground and up to 60 feet high (tied off in a boom lift)
Requirements:
- Basic construction knowledge required
- Understanding and experience using tools
- Travel is required for this role
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be physically fit to do the work of the trade.
- Must pass an appropriate drug test and physical
