What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Quality Specialist position at Grundfos Holding A/S?
Peerless Pump Company, a Grundfos subsidiary, is seeking a Data Quality Specialist. The Data Quality Specialist will manage the company's master data through the entire product lifecycle, from new part creation through product obsolescence. This role will involve the use of standard part creation tools and troubleshoot any issues that arise in them. In addition, this individual will be taking the lead in resolving any data quality issues while raising potential concerns with local leadership.
This position reports the Continuous Improvement & Operations Excellence Manager and offers a hybrid work schedule, with three days at our Indianapolis, Indiana facility and two days working remotely from home.

What is the job about?
- Create all component parts needed to support top-level BOMs and customer orders.
- Manage the CIC ticket system in-box, and make sure all tickets are assigned to a user.
- Participate in Global and Regional calls and meetings around data quality.
- Support the standardization of the product lines and maintenance of specifications.
- Manage data quality reports and work to resolve data quality issues to improve results.
- Worl with Finance and Operations monthly to resolve all part costing errors.
- Ensure Engineering Change Management workflows are completed in a timely fashion.
- Perform work, promote teamwork and communication in conjunction with our culture and corporate standards.
What do you need to apply?
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail is required.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are a must.
- A strong work ethic is highly important with the ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a small team with a high level of autonomy.
