What is the job about?

Peerless Pump Company, a Grundfos subsidiary, is seeking a Digital Solutions Engineer to join our Digital Innovation team. The Digital Solutions Engineer will be responsible to provide training, installation, supervision, and support activities to enable growth of the Digital Services business.

This position reports directly our FireConnect Director and will operate out of the Indianapolis, IN facility in a hybrid function.

Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Your main responsibilities :

• Interface with 3rd party service providers in activation, diagnostic, and end user installation support.
• Evaluate end user escalation issues.
• Liaise and collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to uptime of product & achieve effective customer service support.
• Develop and deliver training courses for end users, Authorized Service Providers, and internal service personnel.
• Provide input on development of digital service products, including product roadmap.
• Assist Senior Digital Solutions Engineer in equipment testing including hardware, software, and communications.
• Provide remote commissioning services, confirming proper installation and establishing cloud data flows.
• Provide accurate and timely communication to internal and external customers.
• Assist customers with product installation, product coordination, and other special-order handling.
• Support internal personnel / application engineers with custom pricing as required.
• Perform all work in compliance with company policies, procedures, legislation, regulations, and direction and identify non-compliance situations for resolution.
• Comply with all health and safety initiatives to ensure the Company remains a safe workplace.
