Key Responsibilities
Operations & Employee Management
- Oversee day-to-day janitorial operations across all assigned accounts to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor cleaning standards, safety protocols, and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Identify and resolve service issues promptly; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain efficient scheduling and resource planning to meet client expectations and stay within budget.
- Hire, train, supervise, and support janitorial staff, including supervisors, team leads, and cleaning personnel.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork, safety, and accountability.
- Ensure employees adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operational concerns, performance updates, and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and contract retention.
- Prepare and present periodic performance reports and updates to clients and internal leadership.
- Monitor labor hours, supplies, and equipment usage to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to employee records, incident reports, schedules, and compliance.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- 4 years of experience in janitorial/cleaning operations management or a similar field.
- Experience managing multi-site locations preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Working knowledge of cleaning processes, equipment, and OSHA safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
- Proven ability in providing hands-on training to employees and able to direct teams to produce positive results

Physical Demands
- Ability to stand, walk, and inspect facilities for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs when needed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, based on operational needs.
