The Opportunity
As an Industrial Equipment Operator (Tank Farm Operator) with Tradebe, you will be responsible for movements and transfers of incoming and outgoing tanks / tankers at our wastewater treatment plant in Stoughton, MA .
This role will be working on the second shift, Monday-Friday from 12PM-8PM EST.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Handle Material Transfers - Load and unload tankers, tanks, trucks, and railcars while ensuring proper movement tracking.
- Monitor & Maintain Equipment - Operate, inspect, and assist with maintaining pumps, valves, storage systems, and related equipment.
- Conduct Sampling & Tracking - Perform drum compatibility tests and track processed drums for accurate record-keeping.
- Support Facility Operations - Oversee treatment and storage equipment, monitor gauges and dials, and assist with daily inspections.
- Maintain Compliance Standards - Participate in compliance activities, including LDAR, VOC emissions monitoring, and secondary containment maintenance.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance - Maintain strict adherence to EHS regulations, internal policies, and RCRA permit requirements while promoting a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
