Help Wanted: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
We are a small but busy concrete masonry business looking for a reliable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to help with office tasks and keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments and manage job calendars
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping
- Organize paperwork and maintain records
- Order materials and supplies as needed
- Other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Previous admin or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Knowledge of construction or masonry industry a plus but not required
Details:
- Part-time: 20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule: 4 hours a day, Monday - Friday
- Pay: Based on experience ($18-$25)
