What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at GRX Marketing?
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the marketing needs of independent pharmacy clients located across the United States. This will include all aspects marketing, such as planning, content creation, graphic design, execution, tracking results and analyzing data. You will be responsible for providing marketing recommendations to help engage and optimize client's marketing efforts. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating to client advice on monthly promotions, campaign performance, as well as acting as client's liaison to local marketing vendors.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Design customized materials (brochures, letters, signage, etc.) for clients using Adobe Suite programs.
- Create and manage client email newsletters
- Social media content creation and online presence management for clients
- Website design creation through web-design program (coding not required)
- Design and execute direct outreach mailings
- Analyze data and provide client insights on campaign performance across all marketing channels
- Assist with other company marketing as needed
This position will be working with limited budgets, so applicants must be able to think creatively and outside of the box on how to help increase client's business. This role regularly communicates directly with clients who are located nationwide. Work is completed via phone, email, and video conferencing.
A college degree in advertising, marketing or design is required, along with at least 1 year experience in a related field. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite software is required. Being proficient in managing multiple projects at one time a plus.
