Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Executive Assistant role located in Fort Lauderdale, FL at Gryphon Aviation Leasing. The Executive Assistant will provide executive support, handle expense reports, and assist with office management tasks to ensure efficient daily operations.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
- Experience in handling Expense Reports auditing
- Strong Communication and Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
