Vice President Operations - HVAC / BAS - Houston, TX
As Vice President of Operations you will be responsible for the HVAC and BAS Installation arm of the business. Within the business unit, you will manage a team of 125 providing service and project installations. As part of a product manufacturing company, you will work closely with other members of the executive team to provide a holistic approach in the market.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a sustainable and scalable operations strategy aligned with overall business goals for the HVAC and BAS installation arm of the company.
- Conduct long-term planning to ensure operational resilience and growth.
- Drive operational efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement across all functions.
- Implement process optimizations to exceed customer expectations.
- Manage and improve operational profitability (P&L) for C&I.
- Determine and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for service delivery.
- Champion customer feedback mechanisms to understand and exceed customer needs.
- Lead, guide, and evaluate the performance of the management and executive teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and adaptability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and synergy.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Analyze operational performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Make data-driven decisions to achieve successful outcomes.
- Allocate resources effectively to maintain high-quality operations within budget constraints.
- Demonstrate integrity, transparency, and ethical behavior in all decision-making.
