Benefits Sales Representative

A Benefits Sales Representative consults with union members remotely, explaining supplemental benefit plans that protect their families beyond employer coverage. They must be great communicators, ambitious, motivated, organized, think like entrepreneurs, and are committed team players.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients via phone to schedule Zoom meetings.
• Meet with clients on Zoom to educate them about available options.
• Enroll clients who opt for supplemental benefits.
• Maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Provide attentive customer service and administrative support.

Pay

Performance-based, estimated $40,000-$80,000 first year representative, weekly bonus depending on performance.

Candidates should have qualities such as previous sales, customer service, or related field experience, a desire to make a difference, basic technology familiarity, ability to build rapport, excellent communication skills, and willingness to obtain NYS Life, Accident & Health license (we will guide you through this process).
