Job Summary
The Property Management - Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of maintenance for our residential and commercial properties. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing maintenance requests and work orders, as well as communicating with vendors and tenants. The primary objective of this role is to ensure that residents reside in a clean and secure environment. The appointed individual will also be responsible for managing a work cell phone to handle emergency calls outside of regular business hours.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff to ensure efficient daily/weekly/monthly operations.
- Following up with tenants to ensure completion of maintenance requests.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report conditions to upper management.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Possess proficient computer skills and demonstrate professional and courteous phone demeanor.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work well with others, such as management, staff, vendors and tenants.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Dependability, time management, and adaptability skills are a must.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
