IT Support Technician

We are hiring an IT Support Technician to provide exceptional user support at a distribution center. This role involves working with desktops, printers, handheld devices, Office 365, imaging devices, and coordinating with other teams to ensure seamless operations.

Compensation:

• $30 per hour under W9
• Payments are made directly to your bank account every two weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
• Support conference room setups and assist with Office 365 issues
• Manage and resolve first and second-tier technical support issues, escalating to third-tier support as necessary
• Coordinate with application support teams during critical incidents
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging devices and other IT hardware
• Document incidents in a ticketing system for performance tracking and reporting
• Route tickets to the appropriate teams for quick resolution
• Collaborate with internal support teams and vendors to resolve problems efficiently
• Assist with software, hardware, and application support for local and remote users
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and support groups

Required Skills and Experience:

• Basic understanding of laptops, desktops, and distribution center support processes
• Experience handling printers, imaging devices, and peripheral equipment
• Ability to follow operational documents and processes
• Strong multi-team coordination experience across different regions
• Knowledge of creating and maintaining documentation and reports
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work across diverse stakeholders with minimal supervision
