The role of Account Manager is multifaceted, involving elements of client relationship management, cross selling of services, and strategic planning. The primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term success for the client, the employee and the MSP. The Account Manager should be come to us with solid experience using CRM software and Microsoft 365.

Position Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for ongoing care and relationship management of our existing client base. This team member will be passionate about serving and demonstrate our commitment to our client’s success through general account management and sherpa the client through their technology journey. The Account Manager must possess honed customer service skills, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to grow existing accounts in collaboration with the Professional Services and ManagedServices teams. Our Account Managers must have a passion for understanding business and how to leverage technology to achieve client business goals and solve client business challenges.
Education/Experience
A bachelor’s or associate degree in business, computer science, or computer information systems is desired.
· One to Three (1-3) years of experience in Account Management or Inside Sales within the technical field preferred
· Any equivalent combination of education and experience
