Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous, professional manner.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Accurately record and update customer information in our database.
  • Adhere to company policies and scripts to ensure consistency in communication.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.

    • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must be able to work on-site at our Columbus, OH office.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends if required.
