What Youll Do
Assist in managing day-to-day call center operations by providing administrative support to supervisors and team members.
Help schedule shifts, monitor attendance, and track performance metrics to ensure efficiency.
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system.
Support onboarding and training efforts for new call center representatives, including preparing training materials and assisting with orientation.
Monitor call quality and assist in gathering insights to improve customer service standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, call scripts, and customer service protocols.
Manage office supplies, update databases, and assist with reporting to help optimize call center performance.
What Were Looking For
1-3 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or administrative role (or a strong willingness to learn).
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with call center software is a plus.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for organization and efficiency.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
