Department Description
This Agile product management internship supports the quality systems in our manufacturing division. GSK has over 40 manufacturing sites worldwide which produce high-quality pharmaceutical and vaccine products.
Job Description
During the internship, you will be supported and given training so that you are confident to work independently. These are some of the opportunities you can expect to experience:
Product Management Capability:
- Work alongside Product Management and Business Teams to assist with future work planning.
- Assist in the planning of events -including coordinating teams and portfolios, communication, and engagement.
- Assist in the development of project plans, communicate priorities and risks, and track progress for both Agile and non-Agile teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelors (Sophomores - Seniors only), Masters, or PhD in a relevant STEM field; Computer Science, Data Science/Data Analytics, IT, Business Analytics, Mathematics/Statistics, or similar disciplines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work full-time (35-40 hours/week) throughout the 12-week internship cycle (May/June - August 2025).
- Must have an active student status and/or within 12 months post-graduation from a BS or MS degree program. Post-doctoral candidates are not eligible.
- Must be able to work in Durham, NC in a hybrid setting.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology
- Curious and outcome driven
- Ability to solve problems and identify creative solutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Proactive and eager to learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies

Benefits
- While GSK embraces a flexible work environment, we do require certain positions to be onsite. Candidates who are hired for an on-site role or hybrid role, and reside outside of 50-miles from their assigned work location, are eligible for relocation stipend. This is a one-time payment to help offset housing & relocation expenses. Please refer to the position details for the requirements of each position.

This job posting is for a temporary role as an employee of Atrium on assignment at GSK. The individual selected for this role will be offered the role as an employee of Atrium; compensation, medical benefits, fringe benefits and other terms and conditions of employment shall be presented by Atrium upon offer. The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on several factors, including skills, competencies, experience, educational degree obtained, location and/or being pursued and other job-related factors permitted by law.
In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirement.
Pay Rate Range: $21/hr to $40/hr
