Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and healthcare roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and company policies.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Foster a positive workplace culture, implement engagement initiatives, and resolve employee concerns.
- Workforce Planning: Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and optimize staffing strategies.
- HR Policies & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, performance reviews, and employee relations.
- Technology & Process Optimization: Leverage HR tech tools (ATS, HRIS, etc.) to streamline recruitment and HR functions.
Qualifications:
✔ 3 years of HR/recruitment experience in IT and/or healthcare staffing.
✔ Strong knowledge of labor laws, healthcare compliance, and visa sponsorships (H-1B, OPT, etc.).
✔ Proven experience with ATS, HRIS, and payroll systems.
✔ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
