- Communicate Effectively: Report any issues or concerns to the relevant staff members.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong Classroom Management Skills: Engage students of all abilities.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Organise and convey information effectively.
- Adaptability: Teach different subjects and age groups with ease.
- Commitment to Safeguarding: Promote the welfare of students.
- Enhanced DBS: Registered to the Updated Service or willing to apply for one with GSL Education.
