Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Loader/Unloader to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center by accurately loading and unloading materials and products. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Duties
- Safely load and unload products from trucks and containers using appropriate equipment.
- Perform order picking tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as RF scanners, sit-down forklifts, stand up forklifts, and pallet jacks as needed.
- Maintain organization within the warehouse by properly storing/stocking materials and products.
- Assist with inventory management by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills
- Proficiency in order picking techniques and familiarity with warehouse operations.
- Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues as they arise.
- Ability to effectively use computer software to enter inventory and shipments.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or similar warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude in a team environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
