Description
Job Purpose : Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for assessing and advocating high quality across multiple customers facing IOT mobile and web applications.
Summary of Essential Job Duties :
- Test current products and identifying deficiencies on Android and iOS mobile apps as well as web applications.
- Suggest solutions to identified product problems.
- Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with all project stakeholders to make sure items are working as designed.
- Identifying quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement.
- Oversee continuous imporvement projects.
- Collect quality data.
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to management.
