Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer and Events Representative to engage with clients and support event operations. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers at promotional events, providing information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
· Represent the company at promotional events.
· Interact with potential customers, answer questions, and provide information.
· Assist in setting up and managing event logistics.
· Gather customer feedback and report insights to the team.
· Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience at all times.
· Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support business growth.
Qualifications:
· Outgoing personality with excellent people skills.
· Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
· Previous event or customer service experience is a plus.
Compensation: $22.00 per hour
