Role and Responsibilities :
- Lead sales initiatives and business development strategies while cultivating executive relationships with clients.
- Develop and manage account strategies, revenue growth, and overall client relationships for key accounts.
- Ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth by maintaining a proactive approach to client engagement.
- Oversee client relationships while ensuring project deliverables and timelines are consistently met.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering a blend of strategic, business, and technology insights.
- Conduct effective collaboration within teams, showing both leadership and camaraderie.
- Work alongside practice and delivery teams, as well as technology partners, to ensure seamless service delivery.
