Job Description: Mid-Level Infrastructure Agile Project Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Mid-Level Infrastructure Agile Project Manager to lead and coordinate IT infrastructure projects within an Agile framework. The ideal candidate will manage cloud migrations, networking, server upgrades, and infrastructure deployments while ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies, business objectives, and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead infrastructure projects such as cloud adoption, data center upgrades, network expansions, and IT security initiatives.
- Agile Methodologies: Implement Agile best practices (Scrum/Kanban) to streamline project workflows and improve delivery efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, cloud architects, security teams, and product owners, to ensure smooth execution.
- Sprint Planning & Execution: Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives using tools like Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Identify risks, dependencies, and ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other security frameworks.
- Communication & Reporting: Provide regular status updates, roadmaps, and performance reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure project management with Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or other Agile project management tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, cybersecurity, and DevOps.
- Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and manage sprint cycles.
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, ITIL processes, and enterprise IT environments.
- Familiarity with budget management and vendor coordination.
