We are seeking a Mid-Level Product Consultant to join our client to support the development, implementation, and optimization of supply chain solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring product solutions align with supply chain business needs.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and UX teams to define and refine product requirements using Agile methodologies.
- Support end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to deployment, ensuring solutions are scalable and efficient.
- Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
- Work within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Lean) to support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous product improvement.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to enhance supply chain visibility, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and adoption.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training efforts to ensure smooth product implementation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management and digital transformation.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in product consulting, business analysis, or product management with a focus on supply chain solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean).
- Understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment.
- Ability to create user stories, wireframes, and process flows to guide product development.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with ERP, WMS, TMS, or SCM software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Manhattan Associates).
- Experience working with API integrations and cloud-based supply chain solutions.
- Certification in Agile (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) or Product Management is a plus.
