Lawn Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and providing exceptional groundskeeping services. This role involves a variety of tasks related to lawn care, tree care, and overall landscape maintenance, ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are well-kept and thriving.

Duties

• Perform regular mowing and trimming of lawns to maintain a neat appearance.
• Execute groundskeeping tasks including weeding, mulching, and fertilizing.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively for various landscaping projects.
• Conduct tree care activities such as tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth.
• Assist in building landscape features as needed, including flower beds and decorative elements.
• Provide snow plowing services during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular checks and repairs.
• Communicate with clients regarding their landscaping needs and provide recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain landscaping equipment effectively.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols.
• Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping and groundskeeping tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• A valid driver's license may be required for transportation between job sites.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
