Full job description
Weed Ma Lawn Care is looking for full time Lawn Care service Technicians for our growing company, if you are a motivated individual looking to independently this is the job for you.
Day to day job includes but not limited to
- Applying Fertilizer, Weed Control, Mole control, aeration to our customers lawns, each day you will do about 20-30 lawns a day covering 175-200,000 sq feet per day. We will train you in house to be the best you can be.
Pay: We pay production pay so you can always move the pay you are receiving it is based off performance. An average route is between $1,600-1,900 a day, you receive 9% of work completed making your daily pay $144-171 per day. This is an average of 8 hour days, but you determine if it takes you that long or with efficiency you can do it in less time.
Requirements for this position: Clean driving record, Be comfortable driving F-250 trucks with products and tank in bed of the truck. Have or willing to get your certification for spraying (Commercial core, 3A min) We can help with the process if you don't have them yet.
Employment: We offer year round full time employment for our employees, when you apply if hired we are able to start you RIGHT NOW.
