This person works with other staff in the unit to plan and implement departmental projects. A general knowledge of all offerings and programs, purposes and goals of the institution is the responsibility of the Admissions Advisor. Specific duties include: admissions interviewing with prospective students, providing information, and making referrals to other institutional resources. Additional responsibilities include supporting the recruitment program, the assessment center, and the division as a whole. The Admissions Advisor must have a working knowledge of offerings and programs, purposes and goals of the institution.
