Front Desk Coordinator

GTI Petro is seeking a reliable and proactive Front Desk Coordinator to be the face and heartbeat of our office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effortlessly juggle multiple tasks, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage technician scheduling and routing efficiently.
  • Coordinate with teams across different locations to streamline operations.
  • Maintain office organization and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and team members.
  • Assist with general office duties, including filing, email correspondence, and other administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident and comfortable handling phone calls.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with exceptional organizational skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.) preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic office software and scheduling tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
