Front Desk Coordinator
GTI Petro is seeking a reliable and proactive Front Desk Coordinator to be the face and heartbeat of our office. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage technician scheduling and routing efficiently.
- Coordinate with teams across different locations to streamline operations.
- Maintain office organization and provide administrative support as needed.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and team members.
- Assist with general office duties, including filing, email correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable handling phone calls.
- Strong multitasking abilities with exceptional organizational skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.) preferred.
- Familiarity with basic office software and scheduling tools.
