- Manage databases by inputting, updating, and retrieving data accurately.
- Answer incoming calls, screen, and direct them appropriately.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and email correspondence.
- Support administrative and clerical duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical/front desk role.
- Proficient in time management, basic math, and computer skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel is preferred.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Must have the flexibility to work varying shifts between 6 am to 5 pm for opening/closing shifts.
- Quick learner open to constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasant phone demeanor.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with confidence in handling responsibilities.
- Authorized to work in the USA.
