AI Consultant

We are seeking an AI Solutions Consultant (or AI Strategy & Solutions Architect) to lead the evaluation and implementation of AI-driven tools across our business units. This role will be responsible for assessing the latest AI platforms, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements, and guiding our leadership team in adopting the most effective AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of existing AI tools and platforms across various business functions, including operations, customer service, marketing, finance, HR, and IT.
• Analyze business unit workflows to identify areas where AI can enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve decision-making.
• Develop a strategic roadmap for AI adoption, aligning technology investments with business goals.
• Provide recommendations on specific AI tools and vendors, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with business leaders to define success metrics and measure the impact of AI implementations.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to oversee AI pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Stay ahead of AI trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations.
• Partner with IT and security teams to ensure AI solutions meet compliance and data security standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in evaluating and implementing AI solutions across multiple business functions.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, automation tools, and AI-powered analytics.
• Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value for executives and stakeholders.
• Experience in vendor selection, contract negotiations, and AI solution deployment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess ROI and business impact.
• Background in business strategy, technology consulting, or AI research is preferred.
