Job Description :
GTN Staffing & Consulting is seeking an experienced Epicor Project Manager for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients. This role is remote with travel and offers a competitive salary bonus structure. The ideal candidate will be PMP-certified and have a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent Epicor ERP projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead multiple Epicor ERP implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects simultaneously.
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to ensure project success.
- Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget while maintaining quality standards.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication , status reporting, and project documentation.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure system adoption and optimal performance.
