We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Epicor Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Epicor ERP system, ensuring its optimal performance and supporting our business operations. Your expertise will help streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Epicor ERP system, including configuration, maintenance, and upgrades
- Develop and run Business Activity Queries (BAQs) to extract relevant data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze system performance and user requirements
- Provide technical support and training to users on Epicor functionalities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Assist in the development and implementation of new features and enhancements
- Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes
- Proven experience as an Epicor Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Epicor ERP, SQL, and BAQ
- Familiarity with C#, .NET, Kinetic, and SSRS is a plus
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
