Desktop Support
This is a long-term contract position that requires you to be on site in Las Vegas.
You will get to :
- Provide technical assistance and support computer systems, software, and hardware
- IMACs : installs, moves, adds and changes
- Monitor desktop and network equipment inventory
- Handle preventive maintenance on hardware
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops, and mobile phones
- White-glove service for senior executive support
- Help with relocation and other facility
- Tain users on new systems and applications as needed
