Position Duties :
- This position focuses on supporting hardware and ticket requests at the Magellan Health Depot in Maryland Heights MO.
- Tasks include but not limited to : inventory management, equipment life cycle management, upgrading / reimaging old technology, process and deliver new technology.
- Basic Hardware / software troubleshooting on desktops, laptops, and more (with assistance of more technical staff).
- Work alongside other teams and technicians to improve process efficiency.
- This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Must be able to meet Service Level Agreements, deadlines, quota, etc.
