Position Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed work instruction (MOT’s) Setup sheets and process plans.
- Development and verification of machining process for complex fabrications including work holding fixtures cutting tools gages etc.
- Supports all continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Provides process improvement expertise and ability to Identify root cause of manufacturing / quality issues.
- Perform drawing reviews for product manufacturability
- Develop Routers and work instructions
