Behavioral Health Clinician – Baltimore, MD
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM (Evenings/Weekends optional – virtual only)
Compensation: 60% of billed services
About the Role: We seek Behavioral Health Clinicians to provide mental health therapy to individuals impacted by grief, homicide, or trauma. Services are offered via telehealth and in-person, with no on-call or weekend requirements.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual/family therapy and diagnostic evaluations
Maintain EHR documentation (Penelope system)
Collaborate with internal teams on outreach/programming
Participate in grief groups and occasional presentations
Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
Qualifications:
Active MD license: LCSW-C, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, Clinical Psychologist, or Art Therapist
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Background check clearance
Experience in trauma-informed care and grief counseling preferred
