Shift: ; Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri, 7 am - 5 pm ( /- 1 hr)
Pay Range- $45 to$55/hr.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join our dynamic team in Flint, MI. In this role, you will be integral to injury prevention, providing Symptom Intervention (SI) and other preventative services in an industrial setting. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to employee health and wellness while shaping the future of injury prevention in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide injury prevention services within an occupational setting, including Symptom Intervention (SI) and onsite visits.
- Develop and implement proactive injury prevention strategies to minimize risks and enhance employee wellness.
- Educate and engage employees on injury prevention, wellness, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with management teams and colleagues to foster a safe, positive work environment.
- Mentor and guide fellow team members, providing leadership in clinical settings.
- Stay current with industry best practices, ensuring effective care and adherence to safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Current certification through the Board of Certification (BOC) is required.
- Must be licensed in the state of Kansas or eligible for licensure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees and collaborate effectively.
- A natural leader who is able to mentor others and think creatively.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in industrial settings or injury prevention is a plus.
