Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Residential Support Staff member to join our team at a Substance Abuse Program in Worcester, MA. This unit focuses on aftercare placement, serving as the final step in the recovery process for individuals overcoming substance use disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety checks every 30 minutes to ensure a secure environment.
- Provide overnight monitoring and support to residents.
- Document and report any concerns or incidents.
- Maintain a safe and structured environment for residents.
- Communicate effectively with staff and residents.
- Assist in implementing program guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications:
- No prior substance abuse experience required—training will be provided.
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift.
- Commitment to providing a supportive and structured environment.
