Are you a skilled Business Analyst passionate about UKG (Kronos) solutions? We're seeking talented professionals to join our team and help drive our Workforce Management platform migration from WFC to PRO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex cross-functional business processes and define integrated requirements.
- Facilitate the design of integrated solutions, including process, technical, and organizational aspects.
- Ensure end-to-end solutions deliver the required business results.
- Drive the adoption of designed processes and solution use with stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with business SMEs to align expectations with project status.
- Lead the definition, testing, training, and implementation of functional requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer to Global Production Support post-implementation.
- Develop, monitor, and track plans to create BA deliverables on assigned projects.
- Create, revise, and execute deliverables using industry-standard techniques, including:
- Process Maps
- Data Flow Diagrams
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with UKG WFM platforms (WFC & PRO)
- Strong understanding and practical application of Agile delivery methodologies
- Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence for documenting stories, features, and requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
