About the Role:
As a Loan Operations Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and accurate processing of loans. You will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including reviewing documentation, processing transactions, and resolving customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loan Processing: Process loan applications, documents, and disbursements.
- Account Monitoring: Monitor loan accounts for accuracy and compliance.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Data Entry: Input and update loan information into various systems.
- Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in loan operations, banking, or finance preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Details:
- Rotational schedule: Mon-Fri Core Business Hours
- Overtime or weekends required: Overtime – Yes, 2 hours each week. Weekend work - No
