Job Title : Patient Services Representative - Greeter
Contract Duration : 2 Months
Pay range : $18 - 20 / hr
Location : Pickerington, OH
Work Type : Onsite, Shift / Time Zone : 8 am - 4.30 pm
About the Role :
As a Patient Services Representative - Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for patients visiting our facility.
You will provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for each patient. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing phlebotomy procedures accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Check-in patients and verify their information.
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws on patients of all ages.
- Process and label blood specimens according to established procedures.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).
- Minimum of 6 months of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
