As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for performing phlebotomy procedures, collecting and processing patient

Key Responsibilities:
- Phlebotomy: Accurately draw blood samples from patients of all ages, including infants, children, and the elderly.
- Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, answer questions, and provide clear explanations about procedures.
- Specimen Processing: Properly label, handle, and process blood specimens.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to strict quality control standards and safety protocols.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.
- Certification: Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in specific states).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques and knowledge of medical terminology.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse patient populations.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
